- Crop Diversification: SKUAST-K has made significant contributions to the diversification of crops in the temperate region. It has developed and released improved varieties of crops suited to the temperate climate, including rice, maize, apples, cherries, pears, walnuts, almonds, saffron, and various vegetables.
